RESERVATION POLICY

Room reservation via email or telephone

For the reservation of a room in our hotel via email or telephone it must be a deposit of the 25% of the total charge in the bank number that we will provide you.

Next, you have to sent us via email or Fax the receipt of your disposal in the bank. In the disposal the last name must be the same with the last name of the reserved room and same with the phone number. If there is any problem you have to come in contact with us and let us know the situation, otherwise the reservation will not be valid.

After this procedure, we are going to sent you the confirmation of your reservation with your name, the total amount of money that this room will costs you and the dates of your arrival and your departure at Nicolas Hotel.

Your ID or Password have to be presented after your arrival in our hotel.

In order to book a room, you must be over 18 years old.

Policy of Down Payment

In order to make your reservation you have to provide a 25% down payment of the total in 3 working days from the day that you have received the confirmation of your reservation.

As it is mentioned in the above section, you will have to provide the down payment in the bank number that we will give you.

The arrivals’ and departures’ time:

Arrival time in the room 14:00 am

Departure time from the room 12:00 am

If you wish to stay longer (12:00- 18:00 am) will be charged the 30% of the room price for a night.

If you wish to stay longer than 18:00 am you will be charged the total price for a night.

If in any case, you wish to stay longer than 12:00 am you have to inform the reservation department of the hotel.

Extent of Vacations

If you wish to extent your vacations during the stay, you have to get in contact with the manager of Nicolas Hotel, but there will be no certainty that you will keep on staying in the same room. If you wish to extent your vacations before the arrival, you have to get in contact with the manager soon enough.

Changes

If you wish to change the dates of your stay in Nicolas Hotel, you have to come in contact with the manager soon enough.  Moreover, if you wish to minimize the days of your stay we will have to keep the 50% of the total costs for the next days which are reserved, if the announcement for that will be done at the time the customers arrives in the hotel. In any other case, the customer have to come in contact with the manager of Nicolas Hotel 15 before the arrival.

Cancelation of Reservation

 If you wish to cancel your reservation you have to come in contact with the manager of Nicolas Hotel. The cancelation of the reservation can be any time, but this procedure has the following economic sanctions:

  1. If the cancelation id done 22 days before the reservation dates or more, the customer receives back the down payment.
  2. If the cancelation is done 14 or 21 days before the reservation dates, the customer receives back only the 30% of the down payments.
  3. If the customer will not show up at the day of the arrival until 23:00, the will be a 100% charge of the reservation.
  4. If the customer is going to leave Nicolas Hotel earlier, there will be a charge of 50% of the total.
